I just submitted my request to be a member of RAOGK, or Random Act of Genealogy Kindness for the San Diego area. I know there are many genealogist's in that area probally, but I want to do my part to help out the community with whatever I can do.  I live about 5 minutes from a county courthouse for San Diego, so wanted to put the word out here also in case anyone needs help
