The above tombstone is for my paternal grandparents:  Albert Theodore Decker, and Mary Theresa Toomey.  When this photo was taken both of my paternal grandparents had already passed, but I think that my grandfather was cremated.

Albert T. Decker was the son of David J. Decker, and Maud Malinda Jackson, he was born December 3, 1903 in Dunmore, PA.  When he was older he worked for the Erie Railroad as a construction engineer.   On Dec 26, 1934 Albert married Mary T. Toomey in Dunmore, PA.  He passed away Nov 15, 1997 in Roseland,  NJ.

Mary T. Toomey was the daughter of Lawrence Toomey, and Bridget "Delia" Gerrity, she was born in Scranton, PA on Novemeber 3, 1912.  During her life she was a Nurse, and they had three children: Albert T. Decker II, Mary Lynn Decker, and Robert Decker.  Mary T. Decker passed away on Feb 27, 1981 in Scranton PA.
