Tudor E. Williams was born 25 Jul 1899 probably in Scranton, PA but I am not positive as I have no real information about him.  He married Ruth Decker which was one of my great aunts.   Tudor passed away on 17 Apr 1938, not sure how he passed, but looking it over he was not that old just below 40.  I could guess that he might have died in the one of the wars, or maybe from injuries from the war.  I have not been able to dig anything up about the 13th CAL at this time either to see what maybe available.
