Only a few hours after writing my initial post about Geni.com, a member of Geni posted a comment with a link to an email to send the GEDCOM.  So right off I went and sent the email off to them, and waited, and waited. Just kidding.
By mid-day the next day (I sent the email around midnight last night) I received an email that they are processing my request.  So hopefully by tommrow, I should get another email saying everything is good (that is if there was no issue's with the gedcom I sent in).
All in all I say Geni.com is great, as far as customer service, they are also pretty high on the ranks.
