I have posted many times about the database I started for the Street Index 1900 Census for Dunmore, PA.  I would like to be able to setup this database online in case other people would like to use this program, but dont really know how I would go about doing this.  I tried talking to Stephen Morse, and read his website but its confusing.
I am still adding Scranton to the index, but would like any help with getting an Access Database on the web for others to search, please leave comments or idea's.
