Walter and Elly Maczek out for a ride in the country

The other day I received a few new pictures of family from my grandmother.  I am not sure where this was pciture was taken but I believe it was taken in 1930, on the back of the picture it says 7 IX 30., I am guessing that is the date.  So its either July 10, 1930, or October 7, 1930 or I am just completely wrong.    

The other writing looks like something Fahrpause von San Juan de Pisol  (Maybe somewherr in Spain/Portugal).
